New Dometic Comfort Control Center 2

Sharing information, I have nothing to do with Dometic. A while back, many months ago, I cut this out of a magazine. Having not seen a thing about it anywhere, I contacted Dometic to find out if this was ever going to be available. They answered and said it would be out late fall. I am looking forward to it.... I really want to be able to program my comfort settings.

So... just sharing....

Now, that is cool!

I wonder if we can afford it?

I wonder if this will allow the basement zone of my hydro hot system to be tied in to and controlled from this unit rather than from the water compartment?

I've been hoping for a replacement for my Atwood Comfort Control System t-stat, which is hard to read and awkward to switch modes. Looks like this may do the trick if it is compatible with my zone controllers.

I just looked on the Dometic site for more info and it doesn't show the new model yet. Still has the previous one

Where did you find that ad?

I think I clipped it from the FMCA magazine back in Sept or so...

Dometic sent me the quick users guide for the new unit... does not say a lot, but it was something.

I have seen them in new coaches coming into the dealership. I have not had to condem one yet, so I guess that is a good thing. Once you learn how to use it; it is pretty simple.

Anybody find this at dometic.com? I've looked under Climate Control products, air conditioners, RV Products, thermostats and even tried a Search for Comfort Control and don't see it anywhere.

Exactly, that is why I contacted Dometic directly and posted the information they gave me. I had been waiting and looking for months... and gave up waiting and contacted them.

So, they say, look for it in the fall... why so long... not sure... but they probably have left over old model #1 left on the shelves... just guessing.

Odd that they put it in a magazine ad but not on the web site or any dealer as far as I can tell. Apparently available to OEMs for factory install, though. That's their major market anyway - the replacement business is tiny at best.
