Was looking at pic's of new RV's and it occured to me - Why not put end of couch on pivot so it could rotate 90 degrees facing TV? RV home theater here we come. And in upscale models they wouid have recliners. Been looking at ours and when I get around to booth to dinete conversion I can do it.

That is a good idea if you have the room. We really (really) didn't want to have to crane our necks to watch TV so chose a floor plan which had the mid ship entertainment center with opposing dual recliners. A much better way to enjoy TV

Good luck and keep us posted.

I always thought TVs were at such difficult angles from the couch because rig designers were all men who watched TV while lying on the couch. Why else are there 2 couches in larger rigs.

When we were looking at new 5ers back in 2002, one of the major requirements for us was a living room with rocker/recliners in front of the large rear windows, and a TV that was angled to face the recliners. We looked and hundreds of floor plans and the Cedar Creek 36RLTS was the only one with this configeration! A fireplace under the TV was an added selling point. We bought it and have loved it ever since!
