Is your foot print 40 X 60? How tall are the side walls? I'm guessing 16' with it being 20' at the peak.

I'd like to do a 40 X 60 with 20' ceilings, but then I thought about a ceiling similar to yours. Did those trusses cut down on your side wall height?

Walls are 16' tall, top of roof is 26' tall, and it's 50X30', maybe I'll push my luck in the future with the zoning board and try for bigger

Well more shelfs have been put up so no excuse not to get the loose things off the floor and more stuff out of storage, when I get back from my first trip that is.

Well it's somewhat cleaned up and organized. The bus got top/only priority this winter and since the vast majority of bus projects are done it's time for the shed.

I lost my list of what got put in boxes and where everything was put so that was my excuse for not really going at it.

I found my list so this week I will at least get it all on the computer so I cn have a few lists available in case I might lose it gain

As I get a little farther behind in things I decided last year to get a contractor to finish the last wall but the weather caught us off guard.

The floor will be sealed this go around as well.

The few wall signs are going up on the walls plus a few others I have, and the Explorer needs it's timing chains replace which unfortunately means pulling the engine out since it AWD

Well a choice had to be made one less trip this summer and finish the yard myself or pay to have it done (too many projects with the MH over the winter) so I took the easy way out and paid to have it done.

Now if only the weather would cooperate

After being gone for four months on the road it's back to the old grind, time to seal and coat the shop floor. Two part primer epoxy and matching top coat

The floor looks shiny but it's only water after almost 2.5 weeks of steam cleaning

Plain old lighter gray for now, it's getting done to prevent all the dust I'm getting.

Very nice.
We went with buying a condo garage a few miles from home instead. It has full hookups although it wasn't built with RVs in mind. We just use water from the sink and dump into the sewer access port in the floor. We had to install a 50 amp outlet, but there was 100 amp service in the garage. Seeing all of your pictures of home garages makes we wonder though; maybe we should have gone that way. I didn't think it would be a good thing from a resale standpoint (unless of course you were selling to an RVer.

In this case it could be converted into a two story building either half the space or make the garage door shorter and have a full second floor front to rear, one heck of a play room upstairs but the hoist would have to go.
