New RV Lot Owner Looking for Insurance

We are buying a RV lot in California which has a build out on it. The build out has tile roof and stucco walls, full kitchen, dining area and living room. It doesn't have doors or windows and is considered a condo in it's legal description. I'm trying to find someone that will insure it especially liability. We have all of our assets in Ohio and have tried our insurance there but so far no luck. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Were going through the same thing, we own a lot in the Ozarks. Our insurance is with Progressive, and they have been telling us they can't insure our lot, after a few more calls to our agent, she finally found someone in the company who is familiar with RVs and lots and is now working on a liability policy for us. All this happened just today, so as I get more info I will post it here.....Bruce

My policy with Blue Sky covers my lot with liability (FT insurance) at no extra charge. It will be about $153 per year to insure the 10x14 shed for $5000.
