Newbie question.

Is it ok to dump your tanks in the sewer line at your campsite when you leave instead of driving to the dumpsite?

If there is a sewer connection at your site, that is what it is there for. For dumping, cleaning, both your black water and grey water.

If you are at a site that has a sewer hookup , by all means dump away. The common dump site at a campground is for those who don't have a full hookup or outsiders who come by to dump for a fee.

Yes - if you have full hookups on your site with sewer, dump at your site. The dumpstation is used by those, for example, who stayed at a partial hookup site.

Full hookup sites are all yours--if you see sewer cap, you paid for it--get your money's worth!
