Nice Tabletop Heater

I picked this up at Costco yesterday for $80. It uses a standard 1 lb disposable propane canister. Works very well and puts out a good deal of heat. A little large, but if you have the room it should make a great fall/winter camping accessory.

Is it rated for indoor use like the Mr. Buddy?

Oh no, it's for outdoor use only! Totally different device than the Buddy heater. I understand the Buddy heaters work great, but they are a one sided heater, whereas something like this throws heat out 360 degrees. Should work well on an outdoor picnic table or in parks where campfires are not permitted.

We need a "Like" button! That would be great on the patio.

You could always hit the "Thanks" button instead...

Craig P.
My first thought was who needs to heat their table top?
When I read the text, (and saw the pics), I realized it will heat more than a table top!

Thanks for the post.

You are correct, and I have done so. I'd still like a button. Maybe just this:

They also make a floor model that stands about 7' tall uses 5 gallon tank. Have seen them at the local Costco in the spring around $200.
