I suggest contacting your bank and asking what options are available to you for payment. Surely your bank can sell you a prepaid Visa or Mastercard card, both of which are used world-wide.

Oops makes up charges for cross border movements. They want a credit card to charge so you can't refuse their ridiculous and illegal charges. Ask me how I know???

$4.99 DVD arrived at my place and the driver demanded that I pay $39.95 Oops brokerage fee.

I refused to pay and said for them to send it back. Contacted the seller and asked him to throw a copy in the mail for me. Arrived in my mailbox about 2 weeks later and there were no extra fees. So being the packages both crossed the same borders where did the Oops $39.95 charge come from that USPS and Canada Post missed charging me.
