Any faucet with the same centers will work. For sprayer (either side or integral) check for clearance under the counter. You may have to replace plumbing connections.

Second, pull out faucet/sprayer. Completely worth it, even just to fill up the coffee maker.

Frying hamburger is the worst way to eat it. Meat cooks in it own grease, meaning high cholesterol. Use a draining pan, BBQ it, bake it, or broil it. Lot less mess to.

THIS is gold! NEVER dump grease down the sink in an RV or a home with a septic system. Paper towels, paper plates and a small grill make for easier cleanup.

I use this spatter screen from Oxo - easy to clean. Available from Amazon.

I sincerely hope you're not pouring hot grease or oils down the kitchen sink drain.
Get a grease/oil container at any RV supply store or just use an empty spaghetti glass jar to pour it into.
