Assuming it plugs to a standard 15A/120v outlet (parallel blade plug), you an use any 120v appliance type 3-2ir3 power cord capable of handling the amperage. RV fridges usually have their 120v source fused for 5A or less (it only powers the heater element), it doesn't need to be large gauge wire - 16 gauge is plenty.

Sorry - thought you were talking about hard-wired cord, not a plug in type.

Do as old-biscuit recommended, call Norcold and order one. I doubt you will find one locally. If you're near one, try contacting an RV salvage yard.

Hard to see anything in the photo but not many companies create their own unique connector for service power connections as it needs to meet various safety standards so it is usually much easier to use an off the shelf device.
You could locate a small mom and pop type appliance parts supply as they usually have all kinds of assorted common parts and a detachable cord is certainly something that can get lost.
They could look at it and maybe see if it is a common cord for something and maybe have one.

Your specific model may be discontinued, however Norcold still makes AC/DC refrigerator/freezers.
The AC cord, part #1912 133 40, is still available according to the parts list Old-biscuit linked.
Any Norcold dealer should be able to order you one.
