Boy! Those do make your heart beat faster!
Prices are actually reasonable considering the price of a new Prevost or Newmar unit.
Guess I am going to be buying some PowerBall tickets!

Wow, that thing must be nearly 100' long with the trailer behind it. Is there any place it could be driven legally?

Sure, you could drive it in Utah. They allow truckers to pull triples here.

I looked at the 45' HaulMarks at the Tampa SuperShow a few weeks ago and one couple in our group took one out for a test drive afterwards.

They were in awe at first but after they drove it the noise was a bit much. The high ceilings were nice at first but the lack of power vent operaters made it tiresome. The high cab made the front sleeper so tight only a very small child could use it.

The killer was that they register as Heavy Trucks in Florida not RV's and do require a special license according to the dealer who was demoing the vehicle.

They could afford it (that had to be proven before the test drive), the test drive was great fun and it was impressive but they chose to pass.

Regards,

Neil

My question is the unit are really really long 52 feet plus a 38 trailor for one unit. Now using new math that is 90 feet long. Is that legal to drive in any state? I know someone that has a 40 plus his 29 feet boat and go pulled over the first day he had it on the road and got a nice frameable invitation to visit a judge for being over 65'. The fine was very large. He never said how much but was complaining he did not have any money for awhile.
