Oil Analysis

Bought a kit from JG LUbricants, took a sample and am now trying to register the sample via the Internet.
Can't get the website to take the info, have contacted their support and still can't do it. They say I need to enter the equipment info first, then the oil sample info. Problem is I can't get it to save the equipment info and there are no error messages either.

I just went through this. Call them and they enter the equipment info before you can enter anything else. There is a phone number on the bottom of the sheet that came with the kit. Call that. Oops... just looked for the number. Not there. I think it's at the bottom of the web page where you're trying to enter info.

The support person said I could do it myself over the internet. Guess they have some problems to work out.

Yep... when I couldn't get it to take any info and I called, the guy said that he had to enter the equipment info. When I told him the instructions say I should be able to do it, he said yes, we're working on that but that, for now, he had to enter it.

For my tranny sample I just put the data on the sample tag and they entered it all. I made a few additions later, though.
