Don't let him fool you. He bought the same no-water clean/wax system we did at the iRV2 Rally last month. I did ours in about 1.5 hours & that included bug-gut scrubbing off the front prior to doing the mop wipe-n-wax.

Lori-
I just couldn't bring myself to "wash" without any water after driving days in the rain to and from the IRV2 rally. Besides, the roof really needed to be scrubbed.

I scrubbed the roof Friday, sat inside all day Saturday watching the definitely NOT needed rain (South Carolina is very soggy). Sunday morning I washed the rest of the coach, yes, with water. Late Sunday afternoon I started waxing with the product Lori linked to. So much easier and faster than a more "traditional" wax product. I probably spent a total of between 2 and 3 hours waxing, the details taking almost as much time as the rest of the coach. (wheels, rear and radiator grates, door latches, etc) I'm hoping that subsequent applications will be much quicker now that it has a layer of the wax on it.

FWIW, I used the equivalent of about 1/2 once of the concentrate to do the entire coach. It looks expensive at first glance, but that would be about $1.50 per application, I suspect less for future applications.

You're much too generous, I don't want to take advantage of you.

I hear ya. Even though Don demonstrated taking the road grime off the back ledge of ours with just the solution & a microfiber rag, after we got to the next campground I did hose that ledge off w/water & dried it before I tackled the back with the mop & solution. I'm just not convinced that road grit back there wouldn't scratch the clearcoat with just damp wiping it.

Love the feel of the sidewalls after though. Smooth as glass.

I got as far as washing the roof and one side yesterday. Today I will wax the one side that i finished and then move on to the other side and front and rear cap although that does sound a bit energetic. Might have to add another day.

Good job but I still think the best method is to sit in a chair drinking a cold adult beverage while I watch 5 young dudes wax it for me . In fact, I did just that yesterday here at Myrtle Beach.

I also have the Wash Wax All system and have used it for about 2 years. I had the same concerns about scratching the clear coat if the coach was very dirty. In the summer of 2014 we had gotten to Caldwell, ID and the coach was really dirty. It has last been washed in Kansas City. In the land of water restrictions, they would not allow washing of the coach. I just could not stand to look at it as dirty as it was so used the Wash Wax All on it. I did wet the mops with water as directed. The coach was beautiful when I finished and I could not see any scratches.

So, I continue to be impressed with the Wash Wax All system.
