Early last week I got a call from a Camping World in California. They had questions about the warranty I had purchased on a Coachman that I bought at the CW here in Vegas and canceled when I bought the Tiffin two plus years ago. The lady wanted to know if I had a copy of the PO on the Tiffin which showed the sale of the Coachman and could I send her a copy. I verified who they were, and email her a copy of the PO. I got a $1337.00 refund check in the mail Tuesday. Ends up being a dropped ball on both our parts. When I bought the Tiffin I took a copy of the Warranty to The CW officehere, but due to the turmoil of the time, I'd just sold the house, was storeing it's contents and was getting ready to depart for an extended trip to east Texas to see if we wanted to live in that part of the country again, and then less than a year later moving back here. Second dropped ball was that apparently the CW dealership here (Las Vegas RV) failed to send in the cancellation. I don't know what prompted the call, or that long of a delayed follow up but getting that check in the mail sure has made my week.
