Question one touch awning

This is a first time so I am not sure if I am doing this correctly.
I read in the forum about owners of the one touch gold awning having problems getting parts. I to am having that problem. I need the guts to the front arm on my awning. Could anyone out there advise?

Hi Rig, welcome to the forum. Someone here can probably help. Can you give more info on the awning - manufacturer, etc.?
