We all know most of what is said on the forem is opinions. Well my S&B needs painting so I started researching paints and just about cracked up laughing. I only use x paint and I would only use y paint no facts just opinions.

Fact: If you haven't painted your house in a few years, prepare yourself for sticker shock when you purchase the paint. I painted the exterior of ours this summer, been about seven years since last paint purchase.

Opinion ? Never met nor heard of anyone without an opinion either bright or stupid. These forums provide two things for me, a little enlightenment and much humor.
Deciding which is which is the question ?

Like I told the kids when they were younger...."my opinion is based on years of observations and experience.......which you have none"

Wow! At that price, they must have finally invented self-applying paint.

Junk paint at a premium price - that's my opinion.

When posting and using the phrase "in my opinion". I use it to clarify that it is JUST my opinion and may or may not be what others agree with. In many cases there may be more than one solution to a problem and more than one opinion on how best to handle the problem. I read all opinions with an open mind and pick the one that best lines up with my opinion. As Joe previously stated, all opinions are worth considering. (sorry if I hacked it joe but I think I'm on target without going back three pages to quote you)
