Opinions-Puleese!

Just love posters who have to insert their opinions in threads asking for information only. "It's my opinion; so it's the only valid opinion there is." Give me a break!

I have no opinion. Oh wait, that was an opinion. That I had no opinion.

On the other hand, everyone is entitled to my opinion. (I used to have a sticker that said that)

I hear you David.

One that irritates me is when asking for options or methods to do something and someone states 'I have a xxx so I don't have to deal with xxx) Its so smug and boorish and doesn't help anyone.

Aren't opinions like a particular part of one's body... I think somewhere in the posterior area???

I have no problem with opinions.. I just don't like to debate them.. they are opinions for gosh sake.. take it at face value and move on... don't try to debate me..

And X's 2 Lincolnboy2...

I just read a thread where someone was having a majorly bad problem with their rig and they are full times.. someone chimed in and said "that's why we bough a FW, so we don't have to deal with that issue"...

How in the heck did that help or add any value to the conversation?

It makes them feel superior in their little mind. That's why we bought a FW, too!!

Opinions are not right or wrong , they just are. The problem arises when they are given in the wrong place . That's my opinion.

Everybody is entitled to there opinion, they just need to realize if it does not align to mine, it's likely wrong.

Actually the problem is not with an "opinion" at all. The problem is with "freedon of speech" and that there is no competency test .
