Outstanding Keystone Customer Service
I was on the road recently and had a couple technical problems. I don't have much faith in my local Cougar dealer so I called Keystone Customer Support. I was put right through to a technician who spent a fair amount of time with my answering questions (and solving my problems) and emailed me a manual on the remote that came with the trailer. He assured me that I could call at any time with questions or problems and someone would be there to assist me. Just a note, my Cougar is out of warranty.
I have to give two thumbs up to Keystone for outstanding customer service!
