Paint Chip Formula
Greetings, we have a 97 Monteray Beaver and would like to purchase some paint for the green color. Does anyone out there happen to know the numbers for this paint or where I can purchase it?
Thank you for your help.

Take a panel (heater/fridge access panel ) to an auto paint store and they'll match it for you. Some places can even put it in a spray can.

Thank you for your reply, we will give that one a shot. We did go to a paint store and that is where they told us they could do it but they would need the numbers or formula.

My 2003 Beaver had all the paint numbers listed on a label inside one of the cabinets. Maybe yours does too.

The code will give the formula for "new" paint. It will not give you the same color of paint that has weathered and aged a number of years. You will get a nice fresh splotch of bright paint surrounded by paint that has aged.
Best to take a panel into a paint store and let them blend some paint for you.

Might mean a trip to the big city of Aberdeen. How's the weather? Hope to be back there in three weeks.

I just took a panel to a local paint dealer. The match is very close.

Paint Formula
The BIG city is where we went to get paint and went to NAPA. They said that we would need the number. It sounds like we need to look further.
Weather? We just got home from Maui, should have stayed for another week. Spring is trying to get here, but you know what that means.
Thank you taking the time to reply and happy travels.
