Painting carpet ceiling

Hi! New to this website but not new to fulltime RV living. Living in an RV/Mobile home park permanently. Have completely redone inside of RV...textured and painted the walls, cabinets (several times),put my own furniture in here-after all this is now our home so I treat it like that. One problem is that I have carpet type ceilings that are somewhat stained. I have tried all the cleaning solutions I have read about..do not work. Anyone tried painting them with good results? If so, how did you do it (thin the paint, roller, brush, etc)?

How about something like this?

Simply Spray Upholstery Fabric Paint - Simply Spray

If you do it make sure you take photos and post them for us to see. Never know when we may need the experience you have!

Smile carpet ceiling stain

My husband and i bought a 1999 Newmar have had all the couch, recliner, window frames valances etc recovered. the carpet is in good shape though there was and area on entry that appeared to be bleached out. Our upholsterer said she had used a spray called Whip It sold online that she had gotten old stains out on her rugs, long story short the carpet does not appear bleached and old stain gone. I have stains on our carpeted ceiling and am now sending for a gallon of Whip It. I will repost after I have used it . But the area on my carpet she did is unbelievable.

We "painted" our carpet ceiling to cover water stains. Didn't come out well at all, stain is still visible, and it made the nap of the carpeting stiff and brittle. Now every time it's touched small granules of carpet nap break off and fall everywhere.
Sure wish we'd known about using OxyClean first.
