Panasonic backup monitor problem

Just bought a 2001 Country Coach which has a Panasonic radio/CD/monitor for rear camera. Had to change chassis battery and did not know it would cause the monitor to lock down and not open.....manual said there is a way to put a security code on the system, when the power is taken away it locks the monitor. Also says one can change the code, but need the originial code to create a new code. Big problem, do not know the old code. Also do not have a remote to do any re-programming. Has anyone faced this same situation.....having a CQ-VA707WEUC. ...radio/CD/monitor for backup camera.??? Please help if you have any information. Thanks

just a chance, but see if there is a tiny hole on the chassis of the monitor you can insert something like a paper clip into and do a factory reset. Many have that kind of feature. It may be on the part of the monitor that is concealed in the dash
