Park model towing

We are thinking of trading in our 2006 5er a keystone Laredo 30 by for a 2013 39 foot coachman Catalina. It has freshwater, black and gray holding tanks. We are fulltimers. I was wandering what would be the difference in hauling that around the country versus a 5er or tt. Thanks to all

I have seen these type units at campgrounds that have long-term residents like for the oil field workers in the Midland/Odessa area in Texas. But, they all had just regular pick-ups, so maybe they rent something bigger when it's time to move(?).

Here's the stats I found: Specifications - Catalina Destination - Coachmen RV

They look like a design that would make fulltiming a real pleasure with traditional fixtures but unlike conventional mobilehomes, can be moved more easily without a major issue...I would guess.

Now, what truck? With empty tongue weights at over 1,000-1,200lb and UVW's from the mid 4 ton range and up, that's a big truck.

I'm subscribed to see what others say.
