Patty Room or Dining Tent?

Hi All:

We're looking for a screen room that we can set up for a site that we'll be at for several months.

The Patty Room screen room sounds cumbersome and I really don't want to attach anything to the side of my RV.

The dining tent seem like a possibility but can it be put against the RV so the door can open?

I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks so much.

Lori

Lori, don't know if you have a side entry or a front door, class A, TT, or a 5er , but most easy up tents won't go high enough to clear the door. Securing tents against wind can also be a huge issue, particularly if the RV park your in has rules about the use of ground stakes.
Screen rooms 3 panels take up less room than my easy up 10 X 10, and can be stored in separate areas.

We have a Patty room which we have used for the past 3 winters on rainy Vancouver Island
It is easy to put up and only requires a few plastic clips which go on the side of the rv. Very easy and unobtrusive. The fact that u have several options where the door goes makes it compatible with any RV as well as extra panels for any awning length. It fits into a carrying case which goes nicely in our front hold. Hope this helps with your decision

Thank you Skip, Paul and Lorraine. I forgot to mention that we have a Crossroads Zinger 25RK TT and based on your wonderful advice we'll go with the Patty Room.

All the best,

Lori
