Peculiar RV Paint Job

This RV pulled in across from us on a recent camping trip. The owner said he did the paint job himself at home and was quite proud of it. I was polite and told him it was definitely different...

Sure hides the dirt/road grime. Bet they can go a long time between washings.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

It's that camoflage paint job. I had to look twice to see it myself.

He must have a heck of a time finding it in the dark at a state park.

I don't think it looks bad, and I admire people that at least try to do whatever is in their means to keep their RV's in good condition and are out there enjoying life. I have seen much worse in MH's at CG's where they made no attempt at upkeep, either dirty, poor paint, broken windows with foil or things leaking ect. At least this guy is trying, and it makes him happy. Maybe he doesn't like the new patterns that are painted on MH's today and thinks ours are "spoiling the scenery". I wouldn't let this ruin my trip.

I guess whatever floats your boat. I give him credit for doing the paint job himself, he did a nice job. It sure won't show dirt easily.
