Permanent jack mounts

I am thinking about getting a set of these but concerned that they may not be large enough to be worthwhile. If you have a set, how well do they serve the function?

I can't tell much about them from the video. Do they fit over the existing metal pad? If so they look like they would hold water and cause the metal pads to rust.

Yes, the RV's jack pad wedges into the snappad for a permanent mounting. The benefit is you don't ever have to remove them like you do with leveling blocks. I hadn't thought of the possible rusting.
