Picture not showing up

I got a picture we had off of Snapfish and did a copy and paste. Why does it not show up?

Tom, you have to post a picture someplace on the internet, like the picture files on IRV2.
When you get it in place there, you then hit the second icon from the right on a reply (looks like a mountain maybe??...it's green anyway) and a small window (image URL) will open up.

You then right click the photo you want to add and should see a list of things, one of which is "properties".
Click on the properties and an address type message appears. Copy that message and paste it in the small window mentioned above. Finished
When that post is opened, the picture should appear. HOPE THIS WORKS

Danged if it didn't work!! Richard told me how to do this!
