Please post the fix for the problem you had

I am a newer member of the iRV2 community and have been reading a lot of threads for information on problems i have had or have help friends with. I find most (not all) threads just stop with out an answer to the fix of the issue this is a great resource for all of us if we do our own repairs or want to be a informed customer at some repair shop> I am asking you the poster to post what did fix the problem so the next person has a better idea what actually fixed your problem Thank you all for all the info and opinions you provide we all benefit from each others experience and mistakes MIke

Yes, it is very helpful. Sometimes though people are desperate and come to a forum when they are frantic, often they get the fix and they never post again. It's the way of forums. Perhaps though others may read this that never really thought about it but now will

The fix could be considered more important than the problem.

I agree, most often the original question is answered/replied to, many times, some of which are the correct solution. But we never know if the original poster does not acknowledge the replies. Just yesterday -- well,, you know the rest of the story.

I totally agree! If members are good enough to try and help solve a problem, then the original poster should follow the thread and comment on what they found!

Very true. Once someone gets their problem fixed, you never hear from them again.

So I will start:
My most recent problem was that I had the low fuel light come on. The fix was to install 100 gallons of diesel fuel

Funny Dons! I had to adjust our bedroom slide cables and found out the adjustment nuts would move when driven or used. A trip to the hardware store for extra nuts to double nut it. 4 trips in... no adjustment needed so far

I agree, if nothing else it is just good forum etiquette.

I can't believe it, I have had that same problem for years now and nobody has stopped long enough to explain the fix. So basically a gas station and a handful of cash will solve the problem. Now if I only had that handful of cash! Gale
