I think I would do as you did. I would us WM as a stopover on my way from point A to Point B. Just a place to get off the road, get some rest, maybe pu some supply's, and move on. And yeah, snap a picture to post here so that I have earned my stripes as a bona fide Wal-Mart overnighter!

I've never taken a pic of us sitting at a Walmart before. Generally it's because foul weather as forced the pull over.

But I did get this one walking into one. I think of this every time I see a Walmart thread.

With that window decal I'd think Walmart would (have someone) haul them off!

The store manager asked that we pull forward about 200 feet after this photo was taken. We obliged and stayed for several days.

We love WallyWorld.

Not to get offtopic, but I have not yet stayed at a Wallmart, but have
stayed at a Flying J truck stop many times.

Gee another Wally thread and I missed it uo untill now
I hove only one photo at the Wally lot, I don't ususlly take photos of overnights (and there were many) but on this Sunday morning before setting out to get through the Toronto Ont. traffic, I just happened to like the peacefull scene

The sun was just coming up, a sort of fog about the lots. Woodstock On. Sept. 2007 was a nice quiet stay. There's one thing about overnighting at Wall Mart, it's never boreing.
Cheers
Willey

Sunrise on 9-11-2011 (tenth anniversary) in the MidWest

Flag by WalMart, of course.
