Unhappy Power gear help

I recently experienced a problem with my power gear leveling system. The system will not power on at the touch pad. I have pulled the 4 pin connector from the back and tested it and it is reading 12vdc. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I overlooking something or has my touchpad taken a crap?

not being familiar with your system, it would be hard to hazard a reasonable suggestion .... if you have contact info for your system's manufacture, you may be best served calling them for tech assistance

Check your battery charge, system will not light up if its too low. if you got 12v even your battery is dead. You could also check your park brake switch as it is a lockout. Hope this helps some, good luck.
