Power Gear problem

NEED HELP!!!! I have a Gulf Stream Endura motorhome with a Power Gear Leveling system #140-1179. I kept a post by Craig1959 from 05/19/10 that give the sequence for reseting the system. 1. Press F and R buttons together and release. 2. Press LR button 3 times On/Off light will now flash 3. Press On/Off until the On/Off light remains on continuously. I have followed this proceedure but the jacks down light comes on and stays on. The jacks are all in the raised postion and the system will not reset. Can anyone help me?

I googled that Power Gear # and got this operations manual. http://support.powergearus.com/techdocs/82-L0377.pdf . Hope that helps. You can also email Power Gear info@powergearus.com. . They respond quickly and are very helpful.

I see you are a new member so Welcome to IRV 2. I also see you started two different threads on this subject. You'll find that one is enough and two are against the rules.

Is this an electric or hydraulic system?

If Hydraulic the jacks down light is driven by a float valve in the fluid tank, Add fluid.

Thank you for the link. It is very helpful. Just getting into retirement and run across the IRV2 site and trying to figure out how to use it.

You're very welcome. Figureing out how to navigate the site is half the fun. We all had to learn. Let us know when you find your fix to the jacks.

I did add fluid but the light remains on. I am going to check the wires to the sensors on the jacks next.
