Progressive Industries treats you right !

In 2006 I bought their EMS-PT30C plug-in surge protector with other features that protect the RV from faulty electrical hook-ups.

The display went blank last week. I called and asked how much to fix as it came with a one year warranty. "No charge, send it back and we will fix it" said Kathy.

I did and they did .........and sent it back. No charge.

I happened to meet the president of Progressive at the FMA (Fleetwood Motorhome Association) rally in Gillette,WY. I told him the rv next to ours was having a problem with the EMS...he left the show and asked me to direct him to the site. He took parts with him and fixed the unit. How many presidents of companies provide that level of service. Yes, I have my rv protected with a Progressive unit.

Because of their reputation for customer service and satisfaction, I wouldn't have another EMS product but theirs. Had a friend with an issue on his, one call to tech help and they walked him through some checks, determined the unit was bad and overnighted him a new one. I believe in this company.

I also have a Progressive EMS PT-50C and on two occasions I have also had fantastic service by the company. They stand behind their product. I will always have a Progressive Industries product for my RV.

Thanks Progressive Industries.

Thanks folks - I am in the market for a surge protector and was leaning toward Progressive. This info sure helps.

I will have nothing but Progressive Industries, had a TRC Surgeguard and their level of non-service convinced me to switch and I will never buy anything but Progressive Industries.

I have heard of several instances where the Progressive Industries unit did its job and was repaired by the company. On their systems it is a circuit board replacement, they send you the board and you swap it out. I have yet to hear any bad stories about them.

That's just too awesome !

When I was in the market for an EMS, I did A LOT of research. The only surge protection device that seemed capable enough and was reasonably priced was the one from P.I.

I'm glad I made the right choice !

(Really ? The president of the company did that ?!?! That's just customer service above and beyond....)

For many companies, the only qualification for the job is business experience in some industry. I'm glad to see that Progressive Industries has an executive who actually knows his products well enough to work with/on them.

I have a EMS PT-50C, in the 4 years I've owned it it's been back 4 times for repair or replacement.
Yes they stand behind it but my questions why do they need repair all the time?

Yes I'm happy with the unit.

What kind of problems? Was it a result of portecting the coach?

none of the failures were because of protecting the coach.
2 times were the readout went bad, it had "gibberish" for the readout, once the readout said there wasn't enough power and kept shutting down for low power but when we checked the campground post with a volt meter it showed plenty of juice.
the last time i think it got moisture inside and it just quit.
