I wintered in PA once. Granted I have a trailer with 40# propane tanks, but the JPG dealer used the same type connector as the 40# tank has so that I could just connected the regulator hose to it. All I would have had to do is turn the 100gallon tank off, unhook the hose and drop it from the cabinet.
However, yours is a bit different situation. Find out if there are any other LPG suppliers in the area. Where I stay in PA there are 3 companies. One of them may be able to come out to top off you coach tank. Here in TX a local LPG company comes out every Friday and fills trailer portable tanks as well as motorhome tanks. So it is possible.
