Propane phone app?

Going full time and will be using Gas Buddy for best gas prices so was wondering if there is a phone app that would give the same info for propane fill ups.

Good question. I have not seen one. Along with price is access - often one can't get the RV anywhere near the propane dispenser.

We don't use that much propane, so don't worry so much over price. Fill when needed and we are somewhere with access.

I will simply use the Google app for that. What I will do is say propane filling stations near me wherever I am., it works call that person see if they can get a RV in many actually can. Although mine are tanks and I can just simply take them off. Have used it the other way for fellow campers. Those with 5th wheels.... Besties

I've had good results using iPhone Siri to give local LP refill locations.

We use the Allstays Camping RV app for about everything when we're on the road. It also shows propane places.

My 2000 DSDP has a propane generator. Not all truck stops carry propane. I have found a lot in the east do but not so much in the west. Just about all campgrounds can fill propane tanks. Almost all U-Haul places sell propane also.

GasBuddy has the servers, systems, websites and apps to be able to list propane prices, but they might be dragging their feet. GasBuddy kinda brushes by the idea that they are working on propane for their system.

I would send them an email asking them for a propane price section for various stations and the ability for users to add propane filling stations and propane prices to gas stations and truck stops that have it.

I just leave a note under the lid of the home propane tank, reminding the delivery guy to top off the RV tank while he's there. Doesn't get much easier (or cheaper) than that.
