Not a chance for anyone else to use my RV other than me.

Just like renting a house - there are good tenants who will take care of your things, and bad tenants who have no clue how to take care of anything. You can explain until you're blue in the face how to take care of/use things and they just won't retain any of the info. However, tenants of a house usually stay long term. RV rentals go through different hands every couple of weeks, so you'll have more chance to stumble upon the bad tenants. It's just not worth the headache, IMO.

The way I look at the rentals is that if were such a great money making deal, they would own the units and rent them out and not skim the dollars off the top and let the poor owner suffer with a worn out RV.
