Quality RV ladder parts.. do they exist?

The 5 year old ladder standoffs on my 31 coachman fifth wheel are breaking at the seam to the mounting pedistal. They are flimsy aluminum and need to be replaced.

I was hoping to find a fix it and forget it solution. Are there any better quality RV parts manufacturers out there?

Google wasn't much help when i shopped for "RV Ladder Standoffs"

Thank you in advance!!

Boat stores may have better component. Nothing cheap about them, though.
