Question regarding "dead coach"

OK folks, here's the issue. Our 2005 Winnebago journey has been sitting since end of June. I typically disconnect it from shore power when it's not being used. Went out today, plugged in shore power. Microwave clock came on but fridge, lights and generator would not come on. It did this before, so I started engine, let it run a few minutes and then everything worked. Is this a battery issue?? I believe the house batteries were showing right at 12...

If you had activated the coach battery disconnect, you would have to catch it in the act, but that sounds like a delayed re-connection of the disconnect relay for the coach batteries.
Or low power supplied to it's connect wiring, that is overcome by the alternator output.
