Questions re Concord 275

I just purchased a used 2007 Concord 275 and have three questions: (1) Where is the drain for the fresh water tank? (2) The 30 amp elect. plugs into the receptacle in the storage bin so that the generator can power the coach. If the generator isn't being used, is there still reason to (or not to) plug into the receptacle in the storage bin? (3) Is there a way to have the entrance step stay out when parked and the door is closed? When I bought the coach the dealer had a problem with the step and I'm wondering if he rewired it incorrectly so that the switch in the entrance area doesn't work.

Thanks a lot - from a newbie...

If I remember the drain is under the vanity in a vent that you unscrew and there is a pipe
marked drain. There is no reason to plug the plug in the receptacle unless you are using the generator.I think there is a switch that causes the step to stay out in the compartment above the door Hope this helps
