Hi Everyone
Just went to see "RV" the movie. Pretty wild and really far fetched. Robbin Williams is histerical and there is a lot of silly humor. Over all I thought it was a very good movie.

" RV", the movie,
Barb and I are going to see "RV" today,if I can stay awake.
Previews looked funny and I think there is too little humor we can laugh with/at.
Maybe we can get some ideas for our next rally
Thanks=== Aime=== AJBJRVERS=====

We saw it last night. Funny at times...silly for sure. Rig was on a Ford chassis but difficult to tell what manufacturer.

The "RV" in question is a Forest River gasser of some kind. Re the article I read, a total of 5 rigs were used - as you know, or will see, some were sacraficed...

Just home from the movie and Gary (smlranger) hits it on the head....
Hilariously funny at times,silly at others...
As the one that takes care of the outside "stuff" I especially enjoyed the tank dumping scene...

My wife and I went to see the movie this afternoon. We enjoyed it very much. I agree with LeeB that an RVer wiil appreciate it more than someone who does not understand RVs.

We just got from seeing the movie and it is hilarious. We went with our son's fiance. We asked her if she enjoyed it since she was laughing. Said she was embarrassed because we were laughing so loud! There was a couple walking out in front of us and the woman thought she was talking about them. We had another big laugh
No RV could survive what they went thru but this is the movies. This is the first movie we have gone to in years and was well worth it. Will definitely be buying the DVD when it comes out.

This was a real funny movie. Everyone around us was laughing, I know they were not all RV rs. The main problem he had was being new to all this. They did capture the true spirit of the RV family, all willing to lend their support, their vast expertise and watch to be sure its done right. Then cheer when the job is complete.
For those of you that are debating about going, like Nike says......." Just do it." You won't regret it. I bet when we all go down the road folks will look at us a bit different, and we may get asked a few questions.

I can't wait to see it. We wait until it comes to the dollar theatre though. With 5 kids, it would cost a small fortune at the regular show. At the dollar show we buy our tickets and each get soda and popcorn and still pay less than just the tickets at the "big" show.
I hope it gets to our dollar show fast!!! Maybe dh and I will sneak off and see it by ourselves first just cuz neither of us want to wait!
