I have a 7710 and a 7730. Both are set to ICE, always day, and the brightest settings for day and night. Both will get a dark screen while in use. Dark enough that it is very hard to see. Check the settings and they have not changed. Did the latest updates and diagnostics and repair and that did not help. Any suggestions?

Light level is reduced on our 7710 and 7720 when not plugged-in to the car charger to conserve power...if plugged-in double check that it is getting juice (lose charger ends?).

RM Customer Service might have some suggestion...or PM "RandMcSam" here on iRV2.
That's a company rep...not too active, but they do check the account.

Best Luck

I had that problem when the car chargers would go bad. I had to replace three of them!
