Rand Mcnally 5510 GPS

Just bought this GPS and it is not giving advanced warning on upcoming bridges. Has anyone else had this problem.

I don't have a GPS but see if it has a truck mode

Do you have it in route mode or just map mode? If i remember correctly it has to be in route mode to warn of things like bridges.

Sorry mine is in Anchorage right now and I'm up on the North Slope, I'll check when I get to Anchorage tomorrow to see if I can give you a better answer
