Now I'm looking at the new RV Tablet 80 made by Rand McNally and because it a new product just coming out and not sure if it going to be problem free like my 7715A model, should I purchase now or wait another year to see if any bugs going to show up??? Do any of you have purchase this new Tablet yet? Moe

I'm not familiar with either of those products, so can't actually answer your question. But have you considered using a standard tablet with the free Google Maps product?
We have an old tablet that was not being used, that we started using for navigation using Maps. That works fine for us with nothing extra needing to be bought. Of course that only helps if you have a 'retired' tablet around the house.

I love google maps, whether on my phone when traveling, or on my desktop when planning - I would, though, appreciate google providing options for vehicle height, road width, etc when it offers various routes - sorta like the 'traffic' feature where it might highlight areas of the road that are single lane, and overpasses and bridges that might present a problem...
seems like they certainly already have this data, just need to incorporate it into the options drop down list, just like they do for 'No Toll Roads', etc.
