Requiring reading of the post could be a form of discrimination.

I hate it when someone leaves the microwave with seconds still left on it.

How about this? Someone asks a question and gets a great answer. Then 2 hours later another poster gives the exact answer that the great answer was.

I put my right shoe in first always... But sometimes doing that after a long night the left gets forgotten...

I want credit for this because I was just thinking it.

Or how about when the solution is found and the thread continues for another 26 pages.

Well as I see it a post is the individual entries in response to the subject of the thread which is the collection of posts. The forum is a collection of threads containing a request for assistance or offering some type of information. The internet is an information device invented by a former Vice President of the US.

I've been moderating on various RV boards for 20 years now and know that is never going to change. In my opinion it's not so much "didn't read" as it is a rush to post/say anything at all after a quick scan of the topic and/or text. Included in that are what I think of as the "knee-jerk posts", ones triggered by the appearance of one or two key words in the OP. Mention "water heater", "exhaust brake", "rubber roof" or any of a dozen other hot buttons and some folks trot out their favorite solution, whether it is relevant to the actual problem or not. You could post "my rubber roof has been bad ever since the trailer burned to the ground" and somebody would still tell you to use Eternabond on it or coat it with Liquid Roof.

Threads are what you are wearing and then you post pictures of them on a forum. I think.

I've never heard of anyone making a water heater out of an exhaust brake and then mounting it on their rubber roof. No wonder your trailer burned to the ground

Or somebody asks the same question that has been asked many times before and then asks the same question in multiple forums. But then again that makes for many more hits to read through when actually searching for an answer.

As for the OP, yes, you can mix nitrogen and normal air in your tires, but only on the same axle and your tires with pure nitrogen will weigh slightly more due to the larger molecules.

Or the very first reply has to include a quote of the original post including pictures and whatever else. These threads run for multiple pages because of all the quotes. You know you can delete all the extraneous stuff in a quote and leave only the part you're responding too.
