Reading List: Books about RVing

Hi Everyone!

I'm still just a "wannabe" full-time RVer. I'm determined to make it happen, eventually. In the mean time, I am following the advice many of you give which is to do my research and to read a lot about RVing to learn as much as I can.

I just bought a Kindle Paperwhite and want to put some E-books about RVing on it. I was surprised to see how many titles show up when I searched Amazon.com for titles that include the text "RV" ! I'm not sure how good some of these titles are., and I don't know if they are worth the money in this self publishing E-book world. So...

I'd be interested to hear from folks that have read any of these books and if so, would you reccomend it (or not).

The list below is sorted by authors first name (I was too lazy to retype it with last names first). It includes the current rating as shown on Amazon with the number of people's opinions included in the ratings shown in (). I've numbered the books to allow people to respond without too much typing... (example: "I've read #s 3,6,7 and would recommend only #6" or whatever) I'm alway skeptical of a rating on the amazon www page given by a single person, and you will notice that many of these have just 1.

Please feel free to add other titles as you see fit.

Thanks,
PJinHawaii

I am reading #2 on my Kindle now. I like it!
I am also reading "the long long trailer" by Clinton Twiss. this is the book the Lucile Ball movie is based on. Very funny! Not a "how to" book but certainly makes you realize that you dont need to take yourself too seriously.
Here is a free dowload...

You might want to add "Queen of the Road" by Doreen Orion. It is hilarious story.

Thanks for the link to the free edition of book "The long long trailer". I just put it on my Kindle too.

And thanks for the book suggestion Bob. I'll look into that one too. My list only had titles or descriptions that included the exact phrase "RV" but I bet there are tons of other worthwhile RV books that use phrases like motorhome or 5th wheel or trailer!
