Sounds Great, If, you can get it past the planning board. Just something to pounder, some friends of our started/reopened an old camp ground and when it came to the septic system, they had to in stall a 15k (15000) gal tank for every 10 sewer hook ups. Now mind you, this was in southern Mich. They also had to install one the same size just for the bath house and this was just to bring it back to code. This old camp ground was a water and ele only back in the day and it only had 35 spots to begin with. Today, there is 100 spots all with ele, some with water/ele and we stayed there for a whole summer, they were still working on the full hook ups spots. They also have 2 small cabins as well as a Heated Pool. Lots to think about when you're getting things around for the project. Good Luck and if you do open one, post it so people can stop by for a stay!
