refer only runs on gas

even with shore power plugged in my nor cold only runs on gas.
the green light and amber light are lite at the same time when the switch is placed on auto.
i can hear the gas ignite after a few seconds
I checked all the fuses and checked all the wires. 13.75 volts on the DC side.
120 volts on the AC side.

Is a borad blown?
how hard will it be to fix?
where is the board located?

There are fuses on the board, located on the back of the fridge , behind the lower vent on the out side of the RV.
There is a black plastic cover that will have to be removed.
If there is more info required , please post the fridge model number.
Do you have the fridge owners manual with the trouble shooting guide?

Could just be the electric heating element gone bad. I've had several do that. About a $35 part.
