Refrigerator Conversion

ok I was recently asked for a divorce from my husband. Needless to say, i will be living in my Apollo for a little while until all is settled in the divorce. My Dometic
8 cf.refrigerator does not work, i do not have the finances to buy a new one however i can afford a small apartment A/C refrigerator/freezer. I know that i will either have to use the generator or have a hook-up to plug it in. No problem. My questions are*
1) do i buy a 8 cf. Apartment fridge or go a little smaller? Say 7.5+? For the space all around?
2) how do you suggest i bolt it down?

Your new house refrigerator will have enough venting from the existing vent now being used on your non working Dometic in your outside wall. Some have bolted it down from bottom as well as on the back to the sidewall of the opening of the current space. Some have used the front to work, each will work depending on your situation and unit purchased. Good luck and keep us posted on your install. I'm sure others will chime in on their install.
