First be sure there are no reason that the night stands are hiding something like an engine air intake or other exterior components that may extend into the interior of the coach. If nothing looks to be intrusive you may still have some wiring but that is easy enough to deal with later. The screws are probably through cleats and may even be covered with panels. Since you will not be reusing them, punch out the panels and then remove the screws. Some may be coming from the bed frame below the deck. Be sure to remove bed struts first, before removing deck if needed. Good luck and keep us posted.
