Renting Not Storing your RV

First allow me to say thank you for clarification on posting rules (Edit). We do appreciate all the responses and information. As I said we are just looking at the potential options. When the time comes for us to purchase, I sincerely hope I encounter one of you who have truly taken care of their RV and not like you say someone looking to unload a lemon! Thank you and stay safe!

You may want to try AIRBNB. Friends of ours bought (invested) in a used travel trailer and rent it out on airbnb when they are not using it. Now it does not move out of their property when rented , so some of the MH rental issues do not come up.

I had a friend who couldn't get the trade in price for his old class A that he wanted when he upgraded so he rented it out. His biggest involvement required cleaning between renters and staying on top of maintenance.

He said he never had problems doing it. He was mostly happy with the arrangement, but I'm not privy to the small details.
