Replacement Atwood Jack System

I have a 2007 Newmar Ventana and it has Atwood Jacks, The passenger rear jack failed to retract on our last camping trip so I had to call roadside assistance. After talking to Newmar parts they inform me that Atwood has a replacement system #021724 at a cost of $2513.88 shipped to your location. It includes 7.5K jacks for front and 10K jacks for rear. Has anyone had experience with this new system?

I am also considering replacing jacks with a system from Bullseye, where I'll have 9k in front and 12k in rear. I figure the extra capacity will help. Also the vertical travel is 17" rather than Atwoods 15". Its cost is approximately $2750 shipped to you. Has anyone had experience with Bullseye systems?

Thx

If you have a bad jack, I would repair or replace it. They do have pin that shears and is replaceable. I recently replaced a front Atwood electric jack. Just 4 bolts and nuts are welded behind bracket. New from eBay would be much cheaper than buying from Newmar.

Note, good to carry a socket and electric, non battery, drill and extension cord to manually retract leg if needed.
