My roof ac shroud has several cracks and looks like it had been patched in the past. Where do I find a replacement, and are they all the same?

No, they aren't all the same. You need one for your brand & model of a/c, e.g. Dometic, Coleman Mach, Penguin, etc.
Plenty of aftermarket sources available, e.g. Camping World, numerous online RV sotres, etc. Here is just one of many:
Air Conditioner Shrouds | AC Shrouds | RV Air Conditioner Covers

I would check with PPL. They seem to have almost any size and about the best pricing for that item.

After abut five years in the sun on my last rv i found i had to relace my AC shroud. But it kept coming untied so I just replaced it. All kidding aside it is better to replace it than try to repair it . Try adventurerv.net
Good prices for replac, net OEM parts.
Good luck.

I just got the brand & model number off the unit and went to my local RV repair shop and had them order the thing. I replaced it myself, which a monkey could do. OH, did I memtion that my knuckles drag the ground?
