Yes we did. Threw that very uncomfortable couch out and put in two Euro Recliners. Only problem is you lose a bed. If you don't need extra bed , no problem. When traveling we tie the recliners down in the holes that secured the couch and put the ottomans upside down in the chairs. Works well for us.

A lot of owners have done this, in a coach though the couch, bed, has seat belts, that cannot be used on a recliner. If you never use the belts then go ahead, but store the couch for re-installation in case of re-sale.

We bought our coach with 1 couch and 2 euro chairs. A year later we dumped the euro chairs for a single recliner and a bit more space. We are very happy with our choice, one couch & a recliner work great for us.

We did it last year, wife loves it, grandson not so much but we got an inflatable bed for him, but he's 13 and not really wanting to go with the "old fogies" much anymore!
